Aria | Restaurant, featuring a sea-view terrace overlooking Portofino, was born from the desire to tell the story of Liguria through cuisine deeply rooted in the region.
The philosophy is based on seasonality and respect for raw materials, selected in collaboration with small local producers. Quality ingredients, regional excellence, and PDO products protected by Slow Food Presidia.

The menu is divided into three main tasting journeys, in addition to the à la carte selection: Ritmo Vegetale, a 5-course entirely vegetarian journey; Mare, a seafood menu; and Aria, selected courses expressing the daily vision of Chef Matteo and his team, inspired by seasonality, nature’s offerings, and memories of authentic Ligurian cuisine.

Every experience begins with a Chef’s entrée and is accompanied by bakery products prepared daily using sourdough and whole-wheat flours. The wine list offers Italian and international labels, with a focus on Ligurian grape varieties and local wineries.

Leading the kitchen at Aria | Restaurant is Chef Matteo Armanino, with his vision of contemporary cuisine that respects the product and enhances the local territory.

From bread-making to pasta preparation and the creation of desserts: nothing is left to chance. The united and inspired kitchen team is the means to realize a gastronomic proposal that celebrates time and technique.

AT VILLA RIVIERA

Aria | Ristorante is open daily for lunch from April to the end of October, featuring a menu crafted by Chef Matteo Armanino centered on the balance of the local territory, sea and land, selected raw materials, and desserts prepared fresh every morning. A one-hour break that is well worth the journey. Reservations are required.
