The sea-view aperitivo overlooking Portofino has a new address. When the light turns to gold, Sunset Cafe opens its terrace overlooking the grounds of Villa Riviera Resort. From here, the gaze travels along the coast to the Portofino promontory, while the sea changes color as the sun sets.
The new lounge bar offers a cocktail list dedicated to the scents of the region and a dynamic Mediterranean cuisine, designed to accompany an aperitivo or an informal dinner in the open air. The flavors follow the season, and the cocktails tell the story of the coast: herbs, citrus, and marine notes.
From sunset onwards, Sunset Cafe also welcomes external Guests. It is the time for sea-view aperitivos, signature cocktails, and evenings that stretch out slowly, from the first golden light until after dinner. The terrace, nestled in the park, remains the perfect spot to observe Portofino as evening falls over the coast.
Sunset Cafe at Villa Riviera Resort is adults only. Reservations are required.
During the day, the space welcomes Guests staying at the resort and Guests of the DAY EXPERIENCE | Infinity Pool & Wellness. A refreshing Light Lunch on the terrace and bar service at the Infinity Pool gazebos accompany the warmest hours, between a dip in the water and relaxation under the sun.
Chef Matteo Armanino leads the kitchen. From bread-making to pasta processing, to the pursuit of the perfect dessert, nothing is left to chance. The brigade, united and inspired, is the means to create a daily offering that changes with the season and what the territory provides.
