Villa Riviera Resort is a five-star adults-only boutique hotel distributed between two historic villas set within a century-old 15,000 sqm park in Lavagna, between Portofino and Cinque Terre. Each space has its own character: from the grand villa dominating the hillside to the dependance preserving the memory of the village, to the panoramic terrace of the restaurant and the garden where the Open Air Spa stands.

VILLA 900

The resort’s main villa houses six uniquely designed suites, each with its own personality. Prestigious original frescoes, panoramic terraces, and views of Portofino characterize the common and private spaces of this historic residence. On the upper floor stands the terrace of Aria | Restaurant, overlooking the entire Gulf of Tigullio. Villa 900 is the beating heart of Villa Riviera Resort: it houses the reception, restaurant, Infinity Pool, and breakfast room.

VILLA 800

A few steps from Villa 900, nestled in the resort’s lush park, Villa 800 is the dependance of Villa Riviera Resort. One of the first buildings in Santa Giulia, completely restored respecting the original materials. Genoese floors, vaulted ceilings, and architectural details tell the story of this place. Villa 800 houses nine elegant rooms in a more intimate and private atmosphere. Guests share all the services of the main villa: pool, spa, restaurant, breakfast.

ARIA | RESTAURANT

The panoramic terrace of Villa 900 houses Aria | Restaurant, awarded by the Michelin Guide and two Gambero Rosso Forks. Contemporary cuisine rooted in the territory, led by Chef Matteo Armanino. Three tasting menus: Ritmo Vegetale, Aria, A Mano Libera, alternate with an à la carte selection. The restaurant is also open to external guests by reservation, with views of the Gulf of Tigullio accompanying every course.

INFINITY POOL

Villa Riviera Resort’s infinity pool opens onto the Gulf of Tigullio with a perspective embracing Portofino and the Ligurian coast. Heated and available year-round, it is located at the most panoramic point of the park. A whirlpool tub adjoins the main pool. The area is reserved for resort guests and Day Experience participants.

OPEN AIR SPA

Nestled among the park’s centuries-old olive trees, the Open Air Spa is an open-air wellness space. Finnish sauna, tepidarium, heated hot tubs, and a transparent dome for contemplative relaxation sessions. Exclusive treatments and regenerating massages complete the offering. The Open Air Spa is accessible to resort guests and, by reservation, to external visitors through the Day Experience package.
